Questions about the service, about a scan result, or a commercial enquiry — write to contact@reconscope.com and describe the domain concerned so we can find the diagnostic.
Red Team access
The Red Team tier unlocks the full detail of every finding, the chained attack scenario, quantified quick wins, and private, timestamped scans that belong to your account alone. Write to contact@reconscope.com with the name of your organisation and what you intend to use it for.
Reporting a security issue
If you have found a vulnerability on reconscope.com itself, we want to hear about it. Send the details to contact@reconscope.com — proof of concept, affected URL, and the steps to reproduce.
Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before any public disclosure. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith.
